Craig Shawn Williamson

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, EmpactX Inc.

Craig Shawn Williamson founded EmpactX Inc. to close the distance between institutional-grade Bitcoin mining infrastructure and the individuals ordinarily shut out of it. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the company.

Mr. Williamson is a decorated United States Army veteran whose service spanned intelligence and operations. He was trained in statistical analysis and human behavioural profiling, and he held operational responsibility for an advanced weapon systems centre in Germany — an assignment defined by accountability for complex technical systems, disciplined process and consequence. The operating standards of that period still govern how EmpactX runs infrastructure.

Prior to entering digital assets, Mr. Williamson spent his career in real estate development, executing projects across multiple United States jurisdictions and several countries. That background in capital formation, asset structuring and cross-border execution is the foundation of the tokenization work that followed.

Mr. Williamson is the author of The Tokenized Series, a multi-volume set of Expert Edition works examining asset tokenization by asset class, covering the legal architecture, token design, capital formation and secondary liquidity of each. The series forms the curriculum of both the EmpactX Institute and the Empactus Tokenization Institute. He has also written three books on child hunger.

He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Empactus AI LLC, a Miami tokenization advisory firm, and founder of the Empactus Tokenization Institute, which issues professional credentials in tokenization practice.

He architected EmpactX Global, affiliate distribution infrastructure built natively on blockchain settlement rather than adapted to it, now licensed to independent token sponsors operating their own branded programs, and MPX, the Base-network token at the centre of the platform.

He founded The Child Hunger Project, which he has run for approximately ten years and which has provided more than 500,000 meals to children in need. Level 5 commissions across the EmpactX Global compensation structure are directed to the project in full.

Mr. Williamson describes himself, before anything else, as a father.
